Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Glovenix. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions on select orders
  • Discounted shipping on select products

Any applicable promotions will be displayed automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@glovenix.com

5. Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume or seasonal demand
  • Courier and carrier issues
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Glovenix is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@glovenix.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch — however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Glovenix is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us at support@glovenix.com and we will assist where possible
