30-Day Return Policy

Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your Glovenix neck massager, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original working condition
  • All original accessories and components included
  • Original packaging intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) available

To initiate a return, contact us at support@glovenix.com before sending any item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your Glovenix massager immediately upon delivery. If your device is defective, malfunctioning, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — including return shipping for verified defective units.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened massager units (unless defective)
  • Items with missing parts or damaged packaging due to customer mishandling
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges

Want a different model or variant? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want — this ensures the fastest delivery with no delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Glovenix is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval status within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank may require additional processing time.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@glovenix.com.
